It's one of the most unique tournaments on the PGA TOUR. It's held on the city-owned property on the cliffs north of downtown San Diego in one of the most picturesque spots on TOUR.
It marks the opening event for CBS Sports, which is sure to broadcast views of the vistas around the course -- and the hand-gliders that risk life and limb from the aforementioned cliffs -- from the second event of the West Coast Swing.
