Had held the 54-hole lead by a single stroke before being overtaken by Jason Dufner in the final round. Jumped out to a one-stroke lead after the first round at the Xerox Classic before eventually placing T6. 2004: Finished No. 121 on the PGA TOUR money list. Opened the season tying the Waialae CC's course record at the Sony Open in Hawaii with a second-round 8-under-par 62.
