Member of PGA TOUR in 1996 and the BUY.COM TOUR in 1990 and 1997-2000. Played in 15 BUY.COM events in 2000 making only two cuts. Earned his first career BUY.COM TOUR title by one stroke over Bobby Wadkins at 1997 Dominion Open. The week before, at the Carolina Classic, recorded the biggest round-to-round comeback in the history of the BUY.COM TOUR. After opening with a 10-over-par 82 in the first round, came back with a Prestonwood CC course-record 9-under-par 63, a turnaround of 19 strokes. Birdied three of four final holes at 1995 Qualifying Tournament to earn 1996 PGA TOUR membership. Winner of 1995 New England Open. Named 1993 and 1995 Vermont PGA Player of the Year. Holed shot from fairway for eagle during second round of 1995 U.S. Open. Played on the same team as Clarance Rose at Clemson University, but never made it into the starting lineup during his career at Clemson. Grandfather Alvin "Doggie" Julian coached basketball at Holy Cross and won a national championship in 1947. Then went on to the Boston Celtics and Darmouth College. He was elected into the Basketball Hall of Fame.
