First male golfer from Colombia to earn his PGA TOUR card. Marisa Baena plays on the LPGA Tour. Earned card at 2001 PGA TOUR Qualifying Tournament in second attempt. Made it to second stage in 1999. Has made four cuts in eight career PGA TOUR events, with a T33 at the 1998 B.C. Open his best finish to date. Member of Japan Golf Tour 1996-2001. Collected one victory in four consecutive seasons on Japan Golf Tour: 1996 Daikyo Open, 1997 Gene Sarazen Jun Classic, 1998 Dydo Drinco Shizouka Open and 1999 Mizuono Open. Has 29 top-10s in 120 Japan Golf Tour events and finished in the top 30 on the Order of Merit his first four seasons on that tour. Has seven career holes-in-one during competitive rounds.
