Expert Picks: Zurich Classic of New Orleans
Expert Fantasy selections Projected champion
Rob
Bolton
Jason Dufner, Rickie Fowler
Billy Horschel, Justin Rose
Justin
Rose
Sticking with a blend of strong success at TPC Louisiana and blistering current form. Horschel is still chasing his first career TOUR win while the other three are chasing their first wins in 2013. That motivating factor suggests that all will deliver the goods in some way.
Chris
Dunham
Jason Dufner, Jeff Overton
Cameron Tringale, Bubba Watson

Jeff
Overton
Overton's year of close calls (three runner-ups, two third-place finishes) started here in 2010. I'd like to see this guy break through and win soon and this track sets up well for his game.
Mike
McAllister
Keegan Bradley, Rickie Fowler
Billy Horschel, Justin Rose
Billy
Horschel
Two of the last five champs in New Orleans have been first-time TOUR winners, so the Crescent City seems like a perfect spot for Billy Horschel to break through, especially since he's coming in with three consecutive top-10 finishes.
Bill
Cooney
Jason Dufner, Jerry Kelly
Justin Rose, Bubba Watson
Justin
Rose
Rose is due for a victory -- his last was 2012 WGC-Cadillac -- and Zurich is just the place for him. He had a T10 last season and already owns three top 10s this season. Jerry Kelly, a past champion here, played well last week, and Jason Dufner and Bubba Watson have had past success at TPC Louisiana.
Helen
Ross
Keegan Bradley, Jason Dufner
Billy Horschel, Justin Rose
Keegan
Bradley
Bradley is playing too well not to get back into the winner's circle soon. His five top 10s this year lead the TOUR.
John
Schwarb
Keegan Bradley, Jason Dufner
Rickie Fowler, Justin Rose
Keegan
Bradley
Going to go a little against the grain with Bradley, considering his T54 at the Masters and lack of significant pedigree at TPC Louisiana. On the other hand, he's tied for the lead on TOUR with five top-10s this year, so it's really not that much of a reach.
Ryan
Smithson
Billy Horschel, Jason Dufner
Justin Rose, Bubba Watson
Justin
Rose
Rose has easily had the best year of anyone who has not won yet in 2013. He's played this event every year since 2009, with his first top-10 in 2012. If I were you, I'm using Horschel every week until he finally misses a cut. I've used him four times already, and he's been my only reliable starter.
Anne
Detlefsen
Ernie Els, Justin Rose
Nick Watney, Bubba Watson
Justin
Rose
Rose leads the Power Rankings for a good reason. He makes a lot of birdies, which is key here. He had a T10 at this event in 2012 and is comfortable on the grounds.
Amanda
Balionis
Keegan Bradley, Rickie Fowler
Thorbjorn Olesen, Justin Rose
Thorbjorn
Olesen
Olesen recently earned special temporary exemption thanks to strong limited starts on the PGA TOUR including an impressive final round at Augusta. With the young player getting more comfortable stateside, look for him to lock into the play that has already earned him one win on the European Tour and a handful of top 10s worldwide.
Brian
Wacker
Jason Dufner, Rickie Fowler
Billy Horschel, Justin Rose
Rickie
Fowler
Fowler been peaking over the last month -- all that's missing is a win. He was in contention at the Masters until the final round and last year finished on the top 10 in New Orleans.
Bryan
Mullen
Jason Dufner, Rickie Fowler
Justin Rose, John Senden
Rickie
Fowler
Fowler had a T10 here in 2012, including a nifty 65 on Friday. He is coming off a disappointing T38 at the Masters, but finished in the top six in three of the previous seven events. After a week off, he should be rested and ready.
John
Swantek
K.J. Choi, Thorbjorn Olesen
Justin Rose, Bubba Watson
Justin
Rose
Rose continues to produce quality starts in every event (5 starts, 5 top 25's). I believe he's the most complete player in the field and the best player this season without a win, until this week.
