Apparently the solution to Northern California's epic drought was the arrival of the PGA Tour to the Monterey Peninsula for the AT&T National Pro-Am. The months of arid weather gave way to 'Crosby Weather' complete with sideways rain, wind and temperatures in the low 50s. While it made for challenging conditions on the course, it did give us a look at the latest trends in outerwear, knitwear and rain gear. Here's a look at the best from Monterey Bay.
