HOLE DESCRIPTION

CARPENTER'S WAY -- One of the signature holes begins the home stretch. The downhill tee shot requires perfect placement to have a clear sight line to the green. Players are further hampered by winds that swirl on this section of the course and by a cedar elm that stands guard on the front of the green. Water is certainly in play with both shots on this demanding hole. It has often been the turning point in the tournament's history.
