Argentina's Miguel Angel Carballo and South Carolina native Charles Warren are three back at 9-under 207.

The winner of the fifth annual South Georgia Classic presented by First State Bank & Trust Co. will collect $112,500.

Mills made birdie on the par-4 18thhole to fire 3-under 69. He's the only player with all three rounds in the 60s. If Mills seals the deal in the final round it will be his third career victory on Tour.

Potter, who finds himself in contention to win his first Nationwide Tour event, posted a bogey-free 7-under 65. He Monday qualified for the event by firing a 66 at Glen Arven Country Club in Thomasville, Ga. This week is his 56th Nationwide Tour event. The Florida native has three career top-25 finishes and this is only his seventh made cut.

Potter is seeking to become the first Monday qualifier to win since Kyle Reifers won the 2006 Chattanooga Classic.

The 32 players who did not complete the third round on Saturday resumed play at 7:50 a.m. The final round will begin at approximately 10:25 a.m.
