MORE: Reshuffle | Medical extensions

There were 25 rookies on the PGA TOUR in 2013. This feature provided a rolling subjective ranking throughout the season. The Rookie of the Year was voted on by PGA TOUR members that made at least 12 starts and they selected Jordan Spieth as the 2013 winner.

This is the final edition of this feature as it concerns the 2013 season. The same 11 that played in the first three events of the Web.com Tour Finals teed it up at the Web.com Tour Championship.

* - Thirteen retained fully exempt status for 2013-14, one as a Web.com Tour grad and three via the Web.com Tour Finals. Three others will have conditional status for finishing 126-150 in FedExCup points in 2013 and Joe Affrunti still has status via a medical extension.
