Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS offering Father’s Day ticket package

PITTSBURGH, Pa. -- The Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship is celebrating Father’s Day by offering two Fox Den Hospitality tickets for just $90 ($150 value). The third major of the Champions Tour season returns to Fox Chapel Golf Club in Pittsburgh, Pa., from June 25-30.

Fox Den Hospitality tickets offer admission for one day to the Grounds and the Fox Den, a hospitality tent that overlooks the 16th green and 17th tee and has an upgraded concession menu and bar available for additional purchase. Guests must specify a day (Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday) when purchasing the Father’s Day package, as all tickets are day specific. Fans can visit cspgolf.com to purchase the Father’s Day package.

Other Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS ticket options include single-day, week-long and practice round/pro-am round which can also be purchased on the tournament’s website, cspgolf.com. Youth 18 and younger receive complimentary admission to the tournament when accompanied by an adult. Additionally, active duty, Reserve and military retirees and their dependents will receive complimentary admission with a valid military ID, courtesy of Heinz.

The Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS is the third of five major championships on the 2013 Champions Tour schedule and will feature a field of 81 of the game’s greatest players. With its standing as a major championship, the Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS awards double Charles Schwab Cup points to the top-10 finishers.

Last week’s Principal Charity Classic winner, Russ Cochran, is in the field for the 2013 Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS. This was Cochran’s fourth Champions Tour victory since he joined the Tour in 2008. Cochran’s best finish at the Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS was T5 in 2010, and since then he has finished T15 and T30 in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Cochran currently ranks sixth on the Charles Schwab Cup points list after his victory last week.

The Champions Tour is in Shoal Creek, Ala., this week for the Regions Tradition. Ten past Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS champions are in the field at the Champions Tour’s second major of the season. The Regions Tradition and the Encompass Championship are the last opportunities players have to qualify for the Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS in June.
