The Champions Tour kicks off its stretch drive to the Charles Schwab Cup Championship this week with the new Pacific Links Hawaii Championship.
The Pacific Links, with a purse of $1.8 million, will be played on the Kapolei Golf Course on the island of Oahu.
With four events left until the Charles Schwab Cup Championship, November 1-4, it's crunch time for the contenders.
Points leader Tom Lehman has a chance to extend his lead over No. 2 Bernhard Langer, who is not in the field. Michael Allen, who is No. 4, is in the field and looking for his third victory of the year.
