The Champions Tour is coming off back-to-back major championships at the Senior British Open and last week's U.S. Senior Open, where Olin Browne posted his breakthrough victory at Inverness Club in Toledo.

Browne and Mark O'Meara engaged in a two-man battle over the final two rounds before Browne, continuing his excellent play in the U.S. Senior Open, claimed the title.

This week's 3M Championship marks the return of Fred Couples to the Champions Tour after a lengthy layoff to rehab his ailing back. Tom Watson, Kenny Perry and Tom Pernice, Jr., will also be back after playing in the Greenbrier Classic so it promises to be a big week at TPC Twin Cities.

David Frost is the defending champion at TPC Twin Cities, where he made a 25-foot eagle putt on the 18th hole to shoot a final-round 11-under 61. It was the first Champions Tour win for Frost, who set the tournament scoring record with a 25-under 191 total.

Mark Calcavecchia was runner-up and despite a final-round 68 he finished 5 shots behind Frost.

LEHMAN
The 3M Championship in the Minneapolis suburb of Blaine is a home game for Lehman, a Minnesota native. It would be a popular victory. Hes a three-time winner this year and Charles Schwab Cup points leader but the gap has been narrowed considerably in recent weeks.
Olin
BROWNE
After an outstanding start to the year with five straight top 8 finishes, he hit a cold spell before rediscovering his game to win the U.S. Senior Open. It could trumpet a nice run for the man who has soared to No. 2 in the Charles Schwab Cup race. T8 last year at the 3M Championship.
Bernhard
LANGER
Looking to make up for lost time after a four-month injury layoff. Two solid performances in his return to the Champions Tour. Langer had a T12 at Walton Heath followed by a top 10 at the U.S. Senior Open, with all four rounds under-par.
Mark
CALCAVECCHIA
Still searching for that elusive first victory on the Champions Tour. Finished solo third at the U.S. Senior Open following a runner-up at Senior British. Averaging nearly 5 birdies a round and has good feelings at TPC Twin Cities, where he was runner-up last year.
Mark
O'MEARA
Runner-up at Inverness has been in contention nearly every week with five top 10 finishes. No. 3 in both Putting Average and All-Around Ranking. T10 last year at 3M with 68-66-68 and T7 in 09 with a final-round 64.
