    • PGA TOUR teams with 120 Sports as Equity Partner

NEW YORK, NY -- 120 Sports and the PGA TOUR announced a newly formed partnership as the PGA TOUR joins as an equity partner in the first league and media property owned multi-sport live streaming digital video network. 120 Sports is set to go live this evening at 6 p.m. ET. Additional 120 Sports equity partners, which were announced earlier this year, include Time Inc./Sports Illustrated, MLB.com, the NHL, Campus Insiders and Silver Chalice.

“We are excited to partner with the PGA TOUR with a shared vision for this new, first-of-its kind, digital network,” said 120 Sports President Jason Coyle. “We look forward to collaborating as partners as we work to deliver sports video programming through a platform fans haven’t experienced before.”

With contributions from content partners including Sports Illustrated, MLB.com, the NHL, NBA, NASCAR, the PGA TOUR and leading collegiate conferences via Campus Insiders, 120 Sports will feature sports news, highlights and live look-ins, all integrated with real-time social conversation and produced for the digital generation. Named 120 Sports for its concept of offering original sports programming in two-minute segments, today's fans will have access to unauthenticated video programming through a new platform built to intuitively integrate video and data in ways they haven't experienced before.

“We are thrilled to join forces with 120 Sports and their full team of equity partners as we strive to provide our fans with the always-on, digital content they want and need,” said Rick Anderson, PGA TOUR Executive Vice President, Global Media.
