The 1980 NCAA golf champion while playing at Utah State, Jay Don Blake had a breakthrough year on the Champions Tour in 2011. In addition to capturing his first Champions Tour title at the Songdo IBD Championship, Blake later went on to win the season-ending Charles Schwab Cup Championship, which led to a fourth-place finish on both the Charles Schwab Cup points list as well as the 2011 money list with $1,531,877. Blake joined Tom Lehman, John Cook and Fred Couples as multiple winners on the Champions Tour last year.
