Currently a rookie on the Champions Tour, Jim Carter spent more than a dozen years on the PGA TOUR with over 400 career starts. He won the 2000 Touchstone Energy Tucson Open and also won the 1994 New Mexico Charity Classic on the Nationwide Tour. Carter was the 1983 NCAA individual champion while playing for Arizona State and was a two-time All-American for the Sun Devils.
