The second round of the Transitions Championship is set to begin. The Golf Channel will televise live action beginning at 3 p.m. ET.

How will the morning treat them? 8:48 a.m. ET No. 10 Mark Wilson, Vijay Singh, Jim Furyk Singh and Furyk, two former winners here, are quietly lurking within striking distance. 1:22 p.m. ET No. 1 Rory Sabbatini, Paul Casey, Padraig Harrington Casey is the overnight leader, but keep an eye on Sabbatini, winner of The Honda Classic, who is just three back. 1:33 p.m. ET No. 1 Nick Watney, Bubba Watson, Martin Kaymer Watney won the first day in our Featured Group with a 5-under 66.

Here are some of the players you'll see on the Golf Channel's coverage of Thursday's first round

NICK WATNEY Nick Watney finally broke through at last weeks World Golf Championships-Cadillac Championship after knocking on the door with six consecutive Top 10s in his previous six PGA TOUR starts dating back to the 2010 TOUR Championship presented by Coca-Cola, where he finished T-4th. MARTIN KAYMER World No. 1 player Martin Kaymer is making his first appearance at the Transitions Championship this week. Kaymer overtook the No. 1 spot in the rankings with this runner-up finish at the WGC-Accenture Match Player championship three weeks ago. JIM FURYK 2010 Transitions champion Jim Furyk ranked 73rd (highest of any winner in 2010) in the field for driving distance averaging 261 yards from the tee. Fuyrks 261-yard average from the tee (two measured holes) was the shortest of any 2010 winner on the PGA TOUR. Despite Furyk's distance from the tee, he managed to hit 72 percent of the greens in regulation ranking T-4th in the field for greens hit.
