The PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup get under way this week at The Barclays. Only the top 100 in the FedExCup standings will advance to next week's Deutsche Bank Championship.

After a week off, the top 70 will advance to the BMW Championship before the final 30 advance to the TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola with the FedExCup on the line.

Here's who the PGATOUR.COM experts like to win the FedExCup.

FedExCup champion predictions

Expert   Player selected   Anne Szeker KEEGAN BRADLEY. A rookie FedExCup favorite? May seem like a long shot, but this has been the year for rookie success on TOUR -- and he's peaking at the right time. I'll give him the first event to shake off the major excitement, but then he'll turn the heat up in Red Sox territory at TPC Boston. Currently: 5th | 2010: N/A | 2009: N/A | 2008: N/A | 2007: N/A Brian Wacker STEVE STRICKER. He's Mr. September with 10 career top-10s in the playoffs, including two wins. He's already won twice this year and is arguably the best putter in the game. He'll win at least once over the next month. Currently: 2nd | 2010: 7th | 2009: 3rd | 2008: 14th | 2007: 2nd Chris Dunham LUKE DONALD. He was my FedExCup pick before the season and one of few projections I've made this year that hasn't been a bust. After a pair of runner-up finishes last year in the Playoffs, I expect Donald to win at least one event and claim the FedExCup. Currently: 4th | 2010: 3rd | 2009: 30th | 2008: 105th | 2007: 31st Helen Ross STEVE STRICKER. No one has been more consistent in the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup. He enters just 41 points behind the leader, Nick Watney, and Stricker's got 10 top-10s in 16 Playoffs events. If there's any justice, this will be his year. Currently: 2nd | 2010: 7th | 2009: 3rd | 2008: 14th | 2007: 2nd Mike McAllister LUKE DONALD. Has been as consistent as any player on TOUR this year and the Playoffs suit him well. Plainfield's classic style fits his game; the BMW is a "home" game; and last year, he finished T2 at the Deutsche Bank Championship and second at the TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola. Currently: 4th | 2010: 3rd | 2009: 30th | 2008: 105th | 2007: 31st Ryan Smithson JASON DAY. I think this guy has the potential to explode. He didn't even play that many times this year, but yet, he was always there on Sunday. People forget he's only 23 years old, and he's already one of the best putters. Currently: 14th | 2010: 8th | 2009: 48th | 2008: 83rd | 2007: N/A John Schwarb STEVE STRICKER. Loves the Playoffs, has just one finish lower than T18 all year (T29 at the Northern Trust Open six months ago) and five top-10 in 15 starts. Four more top-10s could clinch the FedExCup -- but I bet he throws in a win or two for extra style points. Currently: 2nd | 2010: 7th | 2009: 3rd | 2008: 14th | 2007: 2nd
