SATURDAY'S PLAN: From The TOUR Report:
By Friday afternoon, only six of the 130 players remaining in the field had completed the second round. And with a third straight frost delay anticipated on Saturday morning PGA TOUR officials announced that the 72-hole event was going to finish on Monday.
The second round will resume, (cold) weather permitting, at 11:30 a.m. ET (9:30 a.m. local). Those players who were part of the morning wave in the first round who didn't play at all on Friday will then begin their second rounds at noon ET (10 a.m. ET).
After everyone has completed two rounds on Saturday, the field will be cut to the low 70s and ties. The full 72 holes will be played, which necessitated the Monday finish.
Golf Channel will televise live action starting at 1 p.m. ET (11 a.m. local time), while CBS will televise beginning at 3 p.m. ET (1 p.m. local time).

ShotLink player notes
Here are some of the players you'll see on CBS' coverage of Saturday's play
PHIL MICKELSON
Mickelson is making his 22nd start at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Mickelson won this event in both 2005 and 1996. In 2005, he shot a final-round 68 to win by 5 shots over Scott McCarron. In 1996, he shot a final round 67 and won in a playoff over Justin Leonard.
BILL HAAS
Haas is one of two players on TOUR this season with 3 top 10 finishes (Matt Kuchar also has 3). Haas has improved in each of the first four seasons of the FedExCup. In 2007, he finished 126th and most recently he finished 31st in 2010. At the 2010 BMW Championship, Haas missed the TOUR Championship by only 7 points or 1 stroke.
JHONATTAN VEGAS
Vegas took the early FedExCup standings lead with his T-3 finish at last weeks Farmers Insurance Open. In the four-year history of the FedExCup, Vegas is the only PGA TOUR rookie to have ever hold the top spot in the standings. In fact, Vegas is only the fourth rookie since 2007 to crack the top 10 in any week of the regular season. The last PGA TOUR rookie to crack the top 10 in the standings was Brandt Snedeker in Week 33 of the 2007 season when he won the Wyndham Championship (moved to 9th - finished 20th).
