MORE: Interactive Kodak Challenge Scorecards
The Kodak Challenge is a first-of-its-kind competition for PGA TOUR players, who must play at least 18 of the 30 Kodak Challenge holes to be eligible to win. A player's lowest score relative to par on his best 18 Kodak Challenge holes will be counted. The player with the lowest cumulative score relative to par wins $1 million and the Kodak Challenge trophy.
THIS WEEK: No. 16 at TPC Summerlin -- 560 yards, Par 5
A good tee shot puts big hitters in position to go for the green in two. Trees guard both sides of the fairway, and a lake guards the front of the green.

| Final round |
Kodak Challenge frontrunner, Bill Lunde, leaves Las Vegas three shots in front of his closest competitor, Cameron Tringale, after the final round of the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospital for Children Open. Lunde's second-round Kodak eagle on the 560-yard par-5 16th at TPC Summerlin brought him to 19-under-par in the $1 million competition.
Nick O'Hern delivered Sunday's Kodak Challenge Moment of the Day when he knocked in a 23-footer for eagle on No. 16. Two other pros got the best of the Kodak hole with eagles on Sunday. Kevin Kisner dropped his 215-yard approach to 17 feet of the cup to set up an eagle putt, while Jonathan Byrd drained a 21-footer for his Kodak eagle.
Three tournaments remain in the season-long Kodak Challenge competition. The next Kodak hole is the 358-yard par-4 No. 17 at CordeValle in San Martin, California during the Frys.com Open, October 6-9. The Kodak Challenge concludes on No. 17 at the Childrens Miracle Network Classic on October 20-23. |

| Third round |
Kodak Challenge hole No. 16 at TPC Summerlin saw its share of great shotmaking during the third round of the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospital for Children Open. Tommy Gainey led the way when he drained a 17-footer for one of Saturday's two Kodak eagles on the 560-yard par-5 16th. The other Kodak eagle belonged to Woody Austin, who dropped his 222-yard approach to 12 feet of the cup, setting up the eagle putt.
After carding a Kodak eagle on Friday, Kodak Challenge frontrunner Bill Lunde drained an easy two-footer for a moving-day birdie on No. 16. Lunde sits at 19-under-par in the $1 million competition, three shots in front of Cameron Tringale, his closest competitor and former UNLV teammate.
Since the Kodak Challenge records a player's best score of the tournament, Tringale has one more opportunity to pick up a stroke this weekend.
The Kodak hole was the second easiest hole at TPC Summerlin during the third round of the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospital for Children Open. No. 16 yielded 2 eagles, 40 birdies, 28 pars, and 10 bogeys. |

| Second round |
Kodak Challenge frontrunner Bill Lunde drained a 14-footer for eagle on Kodak hole No. 16 Friday at TPC Summerlin during the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospital for Children Open. Lunde's second-round Kodak eagle on the 560-yard par-5 16th brought him to 19-under-par in the $1 million competition.
Cameron Tringale, Lunde's closest competitor, sits three shots behind the Kodak leader at 16 under. Since the Kodak Challenge records a player's best score of the tournament, Tringale will have two more opportunities to improve upon his opening round Kodak birdie.
Will Strickler was one of nine other pros to card a second-round eagle on the Kodak hole. Strickler delivered the Kodak Challenge Moment of the Day when he left his 220-yard approach shot just seven inches shy of the cup for the near albatross. In contrast, Roland Thatcher sunk a 45-footer for Friday's longest Kodak eagle putt.
Kodak Challenge hole No. 16 was the easiest hole at TPC Summerlin during the second round, yielding 10 eagles, 70 birdies, 43 pars, and nine bogeys. |

| First round |
Bill Lunde remains two strokes ahead of the Kodak Challenge field after posting a birdie on the 560-yard par-5 16th hole at TPC Summerlin during the opening round of the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospital for Children Open. Lunde, who has led the $1 million competition for 18 consecutive holes, nearly jumped ahead even further after missing a 50-footer for eagle by inches.
Second-place contender Cameron Tringale dropped an easy birdie from seven inches to stay within two strokes of Lunde, while Blake Adams and Josh Teater each scored short Kodak birdies to remain three strokes off the lead pace.
The shots of the day belonged to Harrison Frazar and Bio Kim, who each carded eagles on the exciting par-5. Frazar hit his 196-yard second shot to just five feet, while Kim holed out for eagle from 44 feet out of the greenside rough.
Since the Kodak Challenge records a player's best score of the tournament, the players will have several more chances to post even better scores this week on hole No. 16.
