MORE: Interactive Kodak Challenge Scorecards

The Kodak Challenge is a first-of-its-kind competition for PGA TOUR players, who must play at least 18 of the 30 Kodak Challenge holes to be eligible to win. A player's lowest score relative to par on his best 18 Kodak Challenge holes will be counted. The player with the lowest cumulative score relative to par wins $1 million and the Kodak Challenge trophy.

THIS WEEK: No. 18 at Annandale Golf Club
Water comes into play on every shot at the 532-yard, par-5 18th at Annandale Golf Club but don't expect PGA TOUR players to be shy here -- especially if they need an eagle or birdie. The green is big enough to hold a 3-wood or long-iron second shot. It's a great hole for pros to finish on.

Final round
Four pros finished the final round of the Viking Classic in style with eagles on Kodak Challenge hole No. 18 at Annandale Golf Club. Hunter Haas led the way with the Kodak Challenge Shot of the Day when he drained a 53-footer for eagle on the 532-yard par-5 18th.

While Haas converted the longest Kodak eagle putt of the final round, Joseph Bramlett dropped his 245 approach to five feet of the cup, setting up the easiest Kodak Challenge putt for eagle. The other Kodak eagles belonged to Lee Janzen and Matt McQuillan.

With eight tournaments left in the $1 million competition, Bill Lunde left Madison at 14-under-par, two shots in front of Cameron Tringale and Charley Hoffman, who were idle this week. Catapulting into Kodak contention were Blake Adams and Chris Couch. Both pros carded eagles to move to 11-under, a manageable three strokes behind the frontrunner.

The Kodak hole at Annandale Golf Club was the easiest hole in the final round of the Viking Classic. For the fourth consecutive day, No. 18 played under par, yielding four eagles, 28 birdies, 38 pars, and three bogeys.

The next Kodak Challenge hole is the 315-yard par-4 14th at Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club in Vancouver, BC, during the RBC Canadian Open, July 21-24. The RBC Canadian Open will be the 23rd of 30 tournaments to participate in the $1 million competition.
Third round
Chris Couch carded one of three eagles on Kodak Challenge hole No. 18 Saturday during the Viking Classic at Annandale Golf Club. The third-round three on the 532-yard par-5 Kodak hole moved Couch to 11-under-par in the $1 million competition. Couch sits three strokes behind Kodak Challenge frontrunner Bill Lunde, who birdied No. 18 in the opening round to pick up a shot.

Billy Mayfair scored a Kodak eagle of his own in the third round when he holed out from 67 feet on No. 18 for the Kodak Challenge Moment of the Day.

As the pros raced to make up for lost time due to Fridays inclement weather, D.J. Trahan carded the second rounds lone Kodak eagle on the 18th Saturday morning. Trahan dropped his 245 yard approach to 35 feet and drained the long putt for eagle.

Trahan wasnt the only player to capitalize on improved conditions. Among the pros that played the finishing hole twice on Saturday, 12 carded Kodak birdies in each attempt.
Second round
On his 19th Kodak Challenge hole of the season, Blake Adams drained a six-footer for birdie on hole No. 18 at Annandale Golf Club during the second round of the Viking Classic. Adams moved to 11-under par in the $1 million competition, three shots behind Kodak Challenge frontrunner Bill Lunde, who birdied the 18th on Thursday and Friday.

Since the Kodak Challenge records a player's best 18 Kodak hole scores, once a pro plays 18 holes, he can replace poorer scores with better ones. After playing the Kodak hole at par yesterday and carding a Kodak birdie today, Adams picked up two strokes in two days to put him in Kodak Challenge contention.

Inclement weather in Madison on Friday will prevent many of the pros from reaching the Kodak finishing hole before nightfall. The second round of the Viking Classic will be completed Saturday morning.
First round
Bill Lunde drained a three foot putt for birdie on the 532-yard par 5 No. 18 at Annandale Golf Club to move to 14-under-par in the $1 million Kodak Challenge competition. Lundes opportunistic birdie during the opening round of the Viking Classic gave him a two-shot lead over Cameron Tringale and Charley Hoffman, who are idle this week.

The Kodak Challenge moment of the day belonged to D.J. Trahan, who dropped a 47-footer from off the green for one of four Kodak Challenge eagles scored Thursday. Also posting eagles were Matt Weibring, Joe Ogilvy and Tommy Gainey. This is the second consecutive tournament Weibring has carded a Kodak Challenge eagle.

A trio of pros playing their 19th Kodak Challenge hole of the season moved up the leaderboard today. Since the $1 million competition records a players best 18 Kodak hole scores, once a pro plays 18 holes he can replace poorer scores with better ones. Brendon de Jonge (-11) and Kris Blanks (-10) each moved up two strokes with birdies, replacing bogeys on their cards. Blake Adams (-10) played the hole at par to remove his bogey and advance one stroke.

Kodak Challenge hole No. 18 at Annandale Golf Club was the third easiest hole at the Viking Classic on Thursday. The long par 5 yielded 4 eagles, 52 birdies, 60 pars, 9 bogeys and 4 double bogeys.
