There are now just two full-field Nationwide Tour events remaining in 2011, followed by the season's finale, the Nationwide Tour Championship at Daniel Island in Charleston, S.C. (Oct. 27-30) where "The 25" PGA TOUR cards for 2012 will be awarded.
Miguel Carballo's win on Sunday at the Children's Hospital Classic in Chattanooga, Tenn. has him breathing a lot easier. The Argentine moved from 21st on the money list to 5th. With his fourth-place finish, Matt Every improved six spots to 16th. Daniel Chopra remains the "bubble boy", but almost doubled his hold on No. 25 with a T18 finish. The Swede has a lead of $11,864 over new No. 26 Marco Dawson.
The Nationwide Tour is in Miami, Fla. this week for the Miccosukee Championship.
