Players were not be re-paired for the final round, which began on time following the completion of round three.

The Valero Texas Open marks the first time a PGA TOUR event concluded with 36 holes played on Sunday since the 2009 John Deere Classic.
Adam Scott posted rounds of 71-70-66-67 -- 274 (-14) to win the Valero Texas Open by one stroke over Fredrik Jacobson and two strokes over fellow Australian Aaron Baddeley, Ernie Els and Jimmy Walker.
Scott's winning score of 14-under par 274 is the highest winning score at the Valero Texas Open since 1996 when David Ogrin won with a four-day total of 275 at LaCantera Country Club
With his victory at the Valero Texas Open, Scott claims his seventh career PGA TOUR victory and first since the 2008 HP Byron Nelson Championship, a span of 2 years, 20 days and 39 PGA TOUR starts.
Scott earned 500 FedExCup points with his victory at the Valero Texas Open and now stands at No. 17 in the season-long race with 767. He moved back into the top-30 in the FedExCup standings for the first time since week 10 of the 2009 season, a span of 42 weeks.
Scott's victory at the Valero Texas Open is his third-career victory in the state of Texas. Scott previously was victorious at the 2007 Shell Houston Open and the 2008 HP Byron Nelson Championship. He joins Byron Nelson as the only players to win all three events in PGA TOUR history.
Scott becomes the first player to win the Valero Texas Open in his first appearance since Eric Axley in 2006. It marks the third time Scott has won a PGA TOUR event in his first start, previously accomplished at the 2003 Deutsche Bank Championship and the 2004 Booz Allen Classic.

Scott becomes the first Australian to win the Valero Texas Open since Bruce Crampton in 1964 and the first international champion of the event since Nick Price in 1992.
Exactly two months shy of his 30th birthday (7/16/1980) at 29 years, 10 months old, Adam Scott's seven career PGA TOUR victories are currently the most by a player in their 20s. He becomes the eighth player in their 20s to win on the PGA TOUR in 2010.
Fredrik Jacobson missed a 16 foot, 10 inch birdie putt on the 72nd hole which would have forced a playoff with Adam Scott at 14-under-par 274. He finished the round with a bogey-free, 2-under-par 70, one of just three bogey-free scores during the final round.
The solo 2nd is Jacobson's best finish in 157-career starts on the PGA TOUR. The 35-year-old from Sweden previously had finished T2 twice on the PGA TOUR at the 2008 AT&T National and the 2007 Ginn sur Mer Classic.
The runner-up finish for Jacobson is his second-consecutive top-five finish at the Valero Texas Open. He finished T5 in 2009, two shots out of the playoff Zach Johnson won over James Driscoll. In his two other appearances in San Antonio, Jacobson notched a T21 in 2007 and a T29 in 2004.
Jacobson's solo 2nd is his best finish in 11 starts on the PGA TOUR in 2010. Entering this week his best performance was a T6 at The Honda Classic. He has now made 10-of-11 cuts on the season and posted three top 10's, including two in a row after a T10 last week at THE PLAYERS Championship.
FedExCup-points leader Ernie Els fired a final round 4-under-par 68 to finish T3 in his first appearance at the Valero Texas Open.
The top 10 was Els' fifth of the 2010 and he is now tied with fellow South African Retief Goosen for the most top 10's on the PGA TOUR this year. With victories earlier this season at the World Golf Championships-CA Championship and the Arnold Palmer Invitational, Els is one of just two multiple winners on the PGA TOUR in 2010 (Jim Furyk).
With his T3 at the Valero Texas Open, Els earned 145 FedExCup points and now has 1,541 on the season. He extended his lead in the season-long race to 223 points over Jim Furyk.
Aaron Baddeley bounced back from a 3-over-par 75 in Thursday's opening round with three consecutive sub-70 rounds over the final 54 holes to finish alone in 3rd, his best finish on the PGA TOUR since a T2 at the 2008 Verizon Heritage.
Baddeley posted three-consecutive sub-70 rounds (R2-66, R3-67, R4-68) for the second time in his last five starts. He opened with rounds of 68, 69 and 68 at the Verizon Heritage before closing with a 72 to finish T22, his best finish on the PGA TOUR in 2010.
The solo 3rd for Baddeley was his best finish at the Valero Texas Open. In four previous appearances in San Antonio Baddeley finished T26 in 2005, 72nd in 2004, 5th in 2003 and missed the cut in 2000.
In 10 previous starts in 2010, Baddeley had made seven cuts with his best finish a T22 at the Verizon Heritage.
San Antonio resident and former Baylor Bear Jimmy Walker, whose wife is due to give birth to the couple's first child in the next two weeks, posted four sub-70 rounds (70-67-70-69) to finish at 276 (-12), T3. The T3 is Walker's best finish on the PGA TOUR, eclipsing a T5 at the 2009 Turning Stone Resort Championship, and is just the third top-10 finish of his career.
Walker has now made eight-of-15 cuts on the PGA TOUR in 2010. His best finish on the season prior to this week was a T16 at the Transitions Championship in Tampa.
Walker posted four-consecutive sub-par rounds at the Valero Texas Open, the first time he has accomplished that feat since the 2009 Buick Open (R1-70, R2-64, R3-69, R4-71).
The leaderboard at the Valero Texas Open had a decidedly international flavor to it with the top-four spots occupied by foreign-born players (Scott -- Australia, Jacobson -- Sweden, Els -- South Africa and Baddeley -- Australia). Dating back to 1980, the Valero Texas Open has never had the top four positions on the leaderboard all be occupied by international players. In 2007, three of the top-four spots were held by foreign-born players with Jesper Parnevik (2nd, Sweden), Daniel Chopra (T3, Sweden) and Mathias Gronberg (T3, Sweden) finishing behind winner Justin Leonard. In 1992 Nick Price (Zimbabwe) won in a playoff over Steve Elkington (Australia).
Ryan Palmer equaled the course record, set earlier this week by Scott Piercy in the second round, with a bogey-free, 8-under-par 64 in the final round. The 8-under-par 64 helped Palmer improve from 39 positions from T48 to T9.
Tim Petrovic produced a bogey-free, 4-under-par 68 in the final round of the Valero Texas Open en route to a T6 at 11-under-par 277. The T6 is Petrovic's best result of the 2010 season and highest finish on the PGA TOUR since a T5 last year at the Quail Hollow Championship.
PGA TOUR Rookie Garth Mulroy, 71-67-67-72 -- 277 (-11), finished T6 at the Valero Texas Open, the best finish of his career on the PGA TOUR. Entering this week, Mulroy had only made one cut in eight events, a T69 at the Quail Hollow Championship. His 5-under-par 67s in the second and third round matched the lowest round of his PGA TOUR career.
Spencer Levin, 70-69-67-73 -- 279 (-9), finished T9, his best finish on the PGA TOUR in 2010 and the second-highest finish of his career behind a T7 at the 2009 U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee.
James Driscoll, the runner-up to Zach Johnson in a playoff at the 2009 Valero Texas Open improved to a T10 with a final-round 3-under-par 69 to finish T9. Driscoll has now posted top 10's in both of his appearances at the Valero Texas Open.
John Daly withdrew after four holes in the final round with an injured hip.
Bogey-free rounds: Ryan Palmer (64), Tim Petrovic (68) and Fredrik Jacobson (70).
