KAPALUA, Hawaii -- Geoff Ogilvy earned the seventh win of his PGA TOUR career in his 212th start at the age of 32 years, six months and 30 days. It was also his 45th career top-10 on the PGA TOUR.

Ogilvy now has two wins in four starts at the SBS Championship (T13-2006, T19-2007, 1-2009 and 1-2010).
In the history of the SBS Championship, seven players have won the tournament in back-to-back years: Ogilvy (2009-10), Stuart Appleby (2004-05-06), Lanny Wadkins (1982-83), Tom Watson (1979-80), Arnold Palmer (1965-66), Jack Nicklaus (1963-64) and Gene Littler (1955-56-57).
Ogilvy played his first eight rounds (2006, 2007) at the Plantation Course and failed to break 70. Since that time, he has reeled off eight consecutive sub-70 rounds. Ogilvy posted 67-68-65-68 for victory in 2009 and 69-66-68-67 this week.
This is the fifth time the winner of the SBS Championship has posted all four rounds in the 60s since the event moved to the Plantation Course in 1999 (David Duval-1999, Jim Furyk-2001, Ernie Els-2003 and Ogilvy-2009-10).
Ogilvy extended the streak of foreign-born players winning the SBS Championship to nine years: (2009-10- Ogilvy, 2008-Daniel Chopra, 2007-Vijay Singh; 2004-2006- Appleby, 2003- Els and 2002-Sergio Garcia).
Ogilvy's victory represents the fifth win in seven years for an Australian at the SBS Championship. Appleby won three in a row beginning in 2004.
Ogilvy ranked second in total distance of putts made with 359 feet, 4 inches this week. Sean O'Hair, who finished T4, topped the list with 364 feet, 3 inches of total putts made.

Rory Sabbatini recorded 10 birdies in his final-round 10-under 63, including five in a row on holes 11 through 15. When he missed a 13-foot putt for birdie at the par-5 final hole it marked the first "5" on his scorecard since the 15th hole in Friday's second round.
Making his fifth appearance at Kapalua, Sabbatini equaled his best result after finishing second in his first appearance in 2001.
Sabbatini's second-place finish also represents his 50th career top-10 on TOUR.
Sabbatini's 63 was one stroke shy of the tournament low 18-hole score. K.J. Choi shot 62 in the third round of the 2003 event when he finished T2 behind Ernie Els.
Sabbatini's final 36-hole score (70-63 133) was the best of the week, one better than Steve Stricker (68-66 134), who finished T10.
Sabbatini was six back of tournament leader Lucas Glover after three rounds. A win for Sabbatini would have equaled Steve Elkington with the second-largest comeback in tournament history. Elkington defeated John Huston in a playoff in 1995. Gary Player won from seven shots back in 1978, shooting a final-round 67 to win by two strokes. Three players have come from four strokes back to win at Kapalua (Furyk-2001, Garcia-2002 and Appleby-2005).
O'Hair made seven birdies and got to 20-under before hitting his second shot on No. 18 into the hazard and making a double bogey.
Paul Casey made the only eagle of the final round when he holed a 14-foot putt at the par-5 ninth hole.
Casey and O'Hair both recorded eagle 3s at the par-5 18th hole during the second round this week to lead the 2010 Kodak Challenge after the first event of the year.
Ogilvy earned 500 FedExCup points to take an early lead on the points list. It took 354 points to qualify for the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup in 2009.
All four major championship winners from 2009 participated this week at the SBS Championship, the first time since 2004 this has occurred. Here's a look at how they finished: Glover (14 under/T14), Cink (16 under/T8), Angel Cabrera (15 under/T10), and Y.E. Yang (11 under/19th).
Of the seven players making their first appearance at the SBS Championship, Martin Laird enjoyed the best finish with a T4 showing. Just three players have won the tournament in their first attempt (Daniel Chopra -- 2008, Garcia -- 2002 and Steve Jones -- 1989). Other first-time participants at the SBS Championship in the field this week: Ryan Moore (T6), Pat Perez (T10), Casey (T10), Yang (19th), Nathan Green (22nd) and Bo Van Pelt (T25).
Glover, the 54-hole leader, was seeking to become the second consecutive wire-to-wire winner at the SBS Championship. Ogilvy (2009) is the only player to perform the feat since the event moved to Kapalua in 1999.
