Corey Pavin's playoff loss to Bubba Watson at the Travelers Championship was the only other top-5 recorded by the group.

QUOTES TO NOTE

"There are so many great players out there. To come out on top is a great feeling and it's worth all the hard work over the years" -- Bernhard Langer, on finally earning the Charles Schwab Cup after three years on the Champions Tour.

"It's one of those tournaments where there's no scoreboard or anything, or any way of telling how you're doing against the rest of the field so, to find out at the end of regulation that I was headed into a playoff, and to win that playoff -- hey, I'm just really happy with the way things went" -- John Morse, who captured the fifth and final spot at the Qualifying School to be fully exempt for the 2011 Champions Tour.

"The older I get, the less chance I have" -- Fred Couples shares his thoughts on the likelihood of being a future Ryder Cup captain after two Presidents Cup captaincies.

"I think golf is the one sport that we can all do to emulate the pros. It's hard to get out there and try to go one-on-one against Shaq; it's hard to get on the ice against the NHL. But we can get on the golf course because it's us and the course" -- Hockey legend Wayne Gretsky, who teamed with PGA TOUR star Ricky Barnes to win $132,000 at the ADT Skills Challenge. Gretsky donated his portion of the prize-money to his charity.

"I will continue to work as a commentator for 25 weeks but play half-a-dozen tournaments each year and that would be it" -- Ian Baker-Finch, before making his debut as an over-50 player at the Australian Senior Open at Royal Perth GC, Australia, where he won the 1984 Western Australia Open.
