Ross
JOHN ROLLINS. Rollins has a pretty good record in Reno with a tie for second last year and two other top-15 finishes. He made a steady climb up the leaderboard at the Buick Open last weekend, too, and that share of sixth should be a confidence-builder.

Mike
McAllister
VAUGHN TAYLOR. He's made two starts at Montreux and has two wins, so the track record speaks for itself. The biggest concern may be his final-round scoring average at this event -- 73.50, which is eight strokes higher than his first-round average.
If McAllister had the top pick ... Taylor
Ryan
Smithson
AARON BADDELEY. It's only a matter of time before Aaron wins again, and and he wouldn't have entered this week if he didn't think he could beat everyone at Montreux. He's still one of the best putters around, but his ballstriking has been spotty this year.
If Smithson had the top pick ...Baddeley
John
Swantek
MATT JONES. Like fellow Aussie Jason Day, Jones is supremely talented, yet plagued by the inconsistency of youth. At 119th in FedExCup points, he finds the form and locks up a spot in the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup.
If Swantek had the top pick ... Taylor
Mark
Spoor
BRYCE MOLDER. Since late May, Molders missed the top 30 just once. In the same timespan, he's posted two top-four finishes against some top-notch fields. Also, his last competitive round, Sunday at the RBC Canadian Open, was a 67.
If Spoor had the top pick ... Taylor
Ceri
Mobley
KEVIN NA. Na has been trying hard to get that first win this year -- seven top-10s, 10 top-25s -- and though his last two finishes were on the weak side, I like Reno as the spot for his breakthrough. In four starts, he has ties for 11th, 25th and 18th.
If Mobley had the top pick ... Taylor
T.J.
Auclair
CHARLEY HOFFMAN. Hoffman is quietly enjoying a fine season on the PGA TOUR. In 18 starts this season, Hoffman has missed the cut once, and that was at the British Open. He's going to have a solid week.
If Auclair had the top pick ... Taylor
Brian
Wacker
STEVE FLESCH. It's been an up-and-down year for Flesch with as many missed cuts (9) as made, but he won this event two years ago and he has had his moments this year -- a second-round 65 in Milwaukee, a final-round 66 at Colonial and a T6 at the Masters.
If Wacker had the top pick ... Na
Lauren
Deason
MARK WILSON. Deja vu for Wilson? He won earlier this season at an event held opposite the World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play. His solid play from the start of the year hasn't let up, as he also tied for third as recently as the Memorial.
If Deason had the top pick ... Taylor

McMurry
J.J. HENRY. While he hasn't teed it up since 2005, Henry has two top-5s at the Legends Reno-Tahoe Open. He's shown he's ready to have a breakout week, tying for fifth two starts ago at the John Deere Classic.
If McMurry had the top pick ... Taylor

LAST WEEK: Helen Ross continued her charge up the leaderboard with her pick of Tiger Woods, giving her a second place and a win in the last two weeks:
