EXPERT PREVIEW: PGA TOUR on-site correspondent Mark Carnevale previews Sunday's round:

All I can say is wow. How fortunate I am to have seen another one of Tiger Woods' wonderful performances -- it was just spectacular. I expect nothing but the same for Tiger in the final round.

It was a tough day for Mark Wilson, but he presently sits at 31st on the projected FedExCup points list heading into Sunday. I would suspect that Mark learned something from playing with Tiger and will use that to find his way into the top 30 and move on to Atlanta and THE TOUR Championship.

By the way, Sunday is Mark's son Lane's second birthday -- certainly more important than any finish in a golf tournament.

I am looking forward to Sunday and what I will see following the final group. I don't know if Tiger can top his third-round play, but I am sure glad I will have a chance to watch it.

Stat of the day
This marks the 52nd time in Woods' TOUR career that he has held at least a share of the 54-hole lead, most recently at the 2009 PGA Championship (finished second). In all, he has won 47 of 51 events when holding the third-round lead/co-lead.
