HONOLULU -- If anybody on the PGA TOUR has the scoop on the best courses in Hawaii, it's Honolulu-born Parker McLachlin. Here are his five favorite courses in his native state:

Parker McLachlin's five favorite courses in Hawaii
1 Waikoloa Beach Resort, Big Island of Hawaii For more info, click here
"I shot 59 there when I was 20, so it's got to have a special place. This would probably be tops on my list."
2 Waialae Country Club, Honolulu, Oahu For more info, click here
"I chose this one because of the time I spent growing up here and getting to play in the Sony Open Hawaii."
3 Plantation Course at Kapalua, Maui For more info, click here
"I had to pick this course because of all the time I spent here. There are not many courses in Hawaii that can handle a TOUR event like the Mercedes-Benz Championship. It's a big course and the vistas are just incredible."
4 The Experience at Koele, Lanai For more info, click here
"This course is actually set up a little more in the trees. It doesn't really feel like you are in Hawaii. It's up in a little bit higher elevation and it's a fun course to play."
5 Hawaii Kai, Oahu For more info, click here
"This is an 18-hole par-3 course (the Executive course) in Honolulu. I just have so many good memories of playing junior golf tournaments out there that I had to put it on the list."
