Shanks for the memories: Bob Hope golf artifacts

The World Golf Hall of Fame currently has an exhibit featuring memorabilia and momentos from Bob Hope's long career in entertainment and in golf. The exhibit, called "Bob Hope: Shanks for the Memory", has the largest collection of Bob Hope items on public display and will be open for all of 2009. Mark Cubbedge, Manager of Research and Collections at the World Golf Hall of Fame, shares his 10 favorite images from the museum.

What to know about this image

Bob Hope received this medal from the Kennedy Center on his 75th birthday in 1978. Hope passed away on July 27, 2003, just two months after his 100th birthday.
