Champions Tour player Ken Green was involved in a serious auto accident last week that claimed the life of his girlfriend and his brother (click here for story). Green also lost his lower right leg, which was amputed (click here for story) during surgery on Monday. He is now recovering at a hospital in Jackson, Miss.

The PGA TOUR has established a trust fund so that PGA TOUR and Champions Tour players and others can ease Green's financial burden.

If you would like to make a donation, checks should be made out to "Ken Green Trust" and mailed to the address below.

PO Box 1811
Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32004-1811

Also, if you would like to send a get-well message to Green, you can do so through his good friend and manager Kevin Richardson, at the address below.
