John Daly |

Mark Carnevale |
Captured Chattanooga Classic with final-round 64 and had three top-25s in 28 events. |

Vijay Singh |
Had six top-10s in 14 starts, including a playoff victory at Buick Classic and T4 at PGA Championship. |

Ernie Els |
Beat Loren Roberts and Colin Montgomerie in playoff at U.S. Open; also had three other top-10s. |

Woody Austin |
Won the Buick Open in a playoff and was one of three rookies to qualify for THE TOUR Championship. |

Tiger Woods |
Two victories, including playoff win over Davis Love III in Las Vegas, and three top-10s in eight starts. |

Stewart Cink |
Won the Greater Hartford Open and went on to finish 29th on the money list; lone rookie to qualify for THE TOUR Championship. |

Became the first left-hander to receive the honor after seven consecutive top-25s, including a second and a third. |

Carlos Franco |
Became only the eighth rookie since 1960 to win twice and was seventhon the money list; also tied for sixth at Masters. |

Michael Clark II |
Won the John Deere Classic in a playoff and had seven top-25s in 28 events. |

Charles Howell III |
Had five top-10s, including a playoff loss at Greater Milwaukee Open, on his way to more than $1.5 million in earnings. |

Jonathan Byrd |
Won Buick Challenge before T5 a week later at Southern Farm Bureau Classic; four top-10s in all. |

Ben Curtis |
Won British Open in first career major championship start, jumping him from 396th in the Official World Golf Rankings to 35th. |
| 2004 |
Todd Hamilton |
The 38-year-old won twice, including at the British Open, beating Ernie Els in a playoff; also T6 at WGC-American Express Championship. |
| 2005 |
Sean O'Hair |
Won John Deere Classic with final-round 65; second at EDS Byron Nelson Championship; T15 at the British Open. |

Trevor Immelman |
Won Cialis Western Open on way to finishing seventh on the money list; eight top-10s in 24 starts. |
| 2007 |
Brandt Snedeker |
Won the Wyndham Championship and set Torrey Pines North Course record with 11-under 61 in first round of Buick Invitational; six top-10s in all. |
| 2008 |
Andres Romero |
Got first career victory in just 12th start, capturing Zurich Classic of New Orleans; T8 at the Masters and T7 at the PGA Championship. |
