On Nov. 12, the PGA TOUR learned that Doug Barron had filed a lawsuit in Memphis, Tenn., seeking a temporary restraining order to allow him to play in the second stage of the PGA TOUR Qualifying Tournament. Monday evening, a federal court in Memphis denied the request for that temporary restraining order.

The TOUR said it is pleased with the court's decision and has no further comment at this time.
