Geoff Ogilvy, Phil Mickelson, Carl Pettersson
Tee time:
7:30 a.m.
Tee: No. 10
Total TOUR wins: 39
Why you should watch: Mickelson and Ogilvy are both in the top five in the FedExCup standings. Mickelson sits second while Ogilvy is fifth. Ogilvy had back-to-back top-two finishes earlier this year when he won the World Golf Championships-CA Championship and finished second in the Shell Houston Open. Mickelson hasn't finished outside the top 25 all season and is coming off a tie for fifth at Augusta National. Pettersson, meanwhile, is coming off his best finish of the season, a tie for fourth last week at the EDS Byron Nelson Championship.

Adam Scott, David Toms, Shaun Micheel
Tee time:
8 a.m.
Tee: No. 10
Total TOUR wins: 19
Why you should watch: Scott, of course is the talk of the TOUR after his fabulous playoff victory last Sunday at the EDS Byron Nelson Championship. Apart from that, Scott has five top-25 finishes in six TOUR starts so far in 2008. Toms won this tournament in 2003 and is hoping to shake off some struggles this season. Micheel -- after a horrible start to the season, has put together three top-30 finishes in his past four starts.

Scott 6 6 1 -- -- 2 5 69.16

Jim Furyk, Woody Austin, Troy Matteson
Tee time:
12:50 p.m.
Tee: No. 1
Total TOUR wins: 17
Why you should watch: Any group with Austin in it is worth watching purely for the potential of a combo of good golf and even better personality. Everyone gets so caught up in Woody's antics, though, that they don't notice he is a three-time TOUR winner and has three runner up and third-place finishes to boot. He already has two top-10 finishes this season and three top-25s, so it's only a matter of time before we see some good old Woody confidence out on the course again. Furyk has been flirting with a win for a few weeks now grabbing a fourth-place finish at the Verizon Heritage and a runner-up run at the World Golf Championships -- CA Championship. However, you can't forget about the young guns on TOUR this season no matter how good the veterans are. With six wins coming from 20-something players so far this year, it's becoming apparent that guys like Matteson are the ones to keep an eye on. He's already won on TOUR once (in 2006). With a tie for second at the PODS Championship (note: a 20-something's victory) already under his belt in '08, Matteson is on his way to more great finishes. Unfortunately, he's missed quite a few cuts, too, this season, so he's hungry to get out there and play.

2008 stat comparison
Player Events played Cuts Made 1st 2nd 3rd Top 10 Top 25 Scoring Avg.
Furyk 11 9 -- 1 -- 3 5 70.29
Austin 11 9 -- -- -- 2 5 71.19
Matteson 11 5 -- 1 -- 2 3 71.08
