Why you should watch: Former college teammates at the University of Hartford, Petrovic and Sheehan are both battling to keep their cards. Petrovic, who has one career win and a dozen top 10s, is in better shape at 121st on the money list but he probably can't afford to miss the cut. Sheehan, who has been grinding the last few weeks, has more work to do at 129th on the money list.

Tee: No. 10, Palm GC
Total TOUR wins: 34
Why you should watch: This group will be easy to spot. It'll be the one with the most fans following it. Couples has missed three of his last four cuts, but he's also very quietly registered three top-10s this season. Love, meanwhile, has turned it on of late with three finishes in the top 11 in his last five events. Love is also a two-time runner-up in the event, in 1998 and 2001.

Jeff Overton, Nicholas Thompson
Tee time: 10:45 a.m.
Tee: No. 1, Palm GC
Total TOUR wins: 0
Why you should watch: Two weeks ago Overton was lying on an operating table for an emergency appendectomy. The following week he not only made the cut, but finished T18 at the Ginn sur Mer Classic. He's right on the bubble at No. 125 on the money list, so as long as he makes the cut he should have a TOUR card for '09. Thompson shot a final-round 69 last week to finish in a tie for second, his best finish in two years on the TOUR. Using the Nationwide Tour as a springboard, Thompson has shown flashes with a half-dozen top 10s this season.
