GRAND BLANC, Mich. -- The Buick Open Tiger Woods golf clinic scheduled for Tuesday, June 24 at Comerica Park in Detroit has been cancelled due to Tiger's knee injury.
The complete price of the ticket will be refunded, and the Buick Open tickets issued as part of the clinic package remain valid for admission to Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club. The tournament is scheduled for June 23-29.
"We are disappointed that the clinic had to be cancelled, but we wish Tiger the best during his rehabilitation process," said Larry Peck, Buick Golf Promotions Manager. "We encourage everyone who purchased the clinic package to come out and enjoy a great tournament at Warwick Hills next week."
Ticket refund information
All tickets purchased via the Internet and telephone will be automatically refunded in full to the credit card used for the transaction. There is no need to return any of those clinic tickets. Tickets purchased at the Comerica Park Box Office must be returned for refund. Include name, address and a daytime telephone number. A check will be issued for all refund requests regardless of original method of payment.

The Buick Open will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the tournament next week. There are several activities planned, including a special 50th anniversary ceremony on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.
Buick Open commitments include former Buick Open Champions Jim Furyk, Justin Leonard, Woody Austin, Kenny Perry, Rocco Mediate, Tom Pernice, Jr., Scott Verplank, Brian Bateman and Billy Mayfair. In addition, John Daly, Chris DiMarco, Fred Funk, J.B Holmes and Charles Howell III are also scheduled to play.
