Editor's note: Kenny Perry earned his third victory of the 2008 season at the John Deere Classic, which solidified his place as a member of the U.S. Ryder Cup Team in his home state of Kentucky later this year. It was his 12th career win. Here are a few e-mails PGATOUR.com received from Perry's fans congratulating him on his success.
Congrats on your latest win! It is great to see that a golfer can compete well into their 40s if they just stay strong and fit. See you at the US Bank! Nicholas
Another fantastic win for an awesome champion. Congrats on your third win this season. I wish you many more this year and years to come. Looking forward to following you at Valhalla in September. Congratulations to a class act gentleman. Keith

Ken, a while back my son got to meet you during a tournament and was thrilled by your friendliness and how down to earth you are. God bless you, and may he grant you many more wins. Edward
Way to go, Kenny. What a wave you've caught. Keep riding, and let's get them again this week. Kevin
Congrats, Kenny. And thank you for sticking to your commitments even after your improved spot in the standings. Give'em heck in the Ryder Cup! Keep it in the short grass. Duncan
Kenny, this is beginning to be a habit. Keep up the good work. Mike
Dear Kenny - It always does my heart good to see a good guy finish first. I have been following your career ever since I heard you were a member and a deacon in the Church of Christ in Franklin, Ky. I have been a preacher in the Churches of Christ for 29 years and have always been thankful when some of our "tribe" did well in sports or any other public arena especially if they were known for their integrity and character. I think you are well on your way to being Kentucky's version of Byron Nelson, not in number of wins but in being a Christian gentleman. I will pray that that you finish strong both in golf and life, the latter being primary. Sincerely, Brad
I work at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, Ky, where you were born. All of us golf nuts here follow your accomplishments and are so proud of you. We can't wait until you play on the Ryder Cup team. Way to go, Kenny! David
Kenny, congratulations on your third appearance in the winner's circle for '08. Got to see you at Stewart Cink's fundraiser at Turtle Point at the end of June. I know you will represent the Red, White and Blue in an admirable fashion come September. Continued best wishes. John
Awesome job, Kenny! It is an absolute thrill to watch you take command this year. Trionne
Kenny, your "take-away" and tempo are an inspiration! I had the privilege of playing with you in the 2004 Buick Open Pro-Am and will never forget it. KEEP IT GOING! Tom
Mr. Perry, I was honored to meet you when I was an intern at the 2000 Disney event. Thank you so much for being such a great ambassador for our alma mater, WKU. I will see you at the Ryder Cup. Congratulations. Nick
Kenny, another great win by our own Kentucky native. Congrats and look forward to rooting for ya in Louisville. Thomas
My fantasy teams say "THANKS." I say you are so deserving, and again I'm so happy for you and your family. Ed
Kenny, great job! What a fantastic year. Hope to watch you at the Ryder Cup. God bless. Chris
