BMW Championship tournament officials announced on Friday a plan to accommodate volunteers and golf fans with tickets to competition Saturday and Sunday at Bellerive Country Club.
Golf Fans
Golf fans with tickets to the tournament on Saturday or Sunday will again be provided free parking and shuttle service from Verizon Wireless Amphitheater (Riverport) located on the Earth City Expressway just south of Interstate 70. Nearby overflow parking lots are also available.
More than double the number of buses from Friday's fleet will be available to shuttle fans to and from Bellerive throughout the weekend.
Shuttle service will begin from Verizon Wireless Amphitheater at 6 a.m. on Saturday and at 7 a.m. on Sunday. Shuttles will run continuously to and from the course until two hours past the final hole of play.
Unlike Friday's route, fans will be dropped off and picked up at the main entrance to the tournament, located in the Hunter Farms parking lot.
The will call ticket office will be located near the main entrance in the Hunter Farms parking lot.
No parking will be available for ticketholders on Hunter Farms.
Volunteers and Vendors
Credentialed volunteers and vendors will once again park in the Hunter Farms parking lot, per procedure.
Tickets for Rounds on Saturday and Sunday
Grounds passes and hospitality passes from Thursday's postponed round will be honored on either Saturday or Sunday.
Miscellaneous
Personal or private transportation to the BMW Championship over the weekend is discouraged. There is no drop-off area for private transportation. There is no public parking available in the vicinity of the golf course or in the nearby neighborhoods. Only vehicles with the appropriate permits will be allowed to park near the club over the weekend, with strict enforcement from traffic officials. Carpooling is encouraged by fans who park at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater and the nearby overflow lots.
