Trevor Immelman will make his first start since winning the Masters Tournament at this week's EDS Byron Nelson Championship.
While Immelman will be looking to continue his stellar play, he has history to overcome. Over the last 20 years, only one player has been able to follow up his Masters victory with a PGA TOUR win in his next start. That player was Tiger Woods at the 1997 EDS Byron Nelson Championship.
Of the past 20 Masters champions, only seven were able to record Top-10 finishes in their next TOUR start. Still, the good feelings and good play carried over by and large with 19 of the 20 making the cut the next time out and 15 of them finishing in the Top-25.
