Snedeker awarded Wyndham Worldwide sponsorship contract

PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Brandt Snedeker, who captured his first PGA TOUR victory at the Wyndham Championship, crowned an outstanding 2007 with the PGA TOUR Rookie of the Year Award and a sponsorship contract with Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN), one of the world's largest hospitality companies. Snedeker will promote the Wyndham brand as he continues his rise to the top of the golfing world.

"2007 was an unbelievable year for me from my first TOUR victory at the Wyndham Championship to winning the PGA TOUR's Rookie of the Year award," said Snedeker. "I learned a lot about my game and myself during the season.

The Nashville, Tenn. native earned over $2.8 million in his rookie season with the PGA TOUR and collected six top-10 finishes. With his strong record and win at the Wyndham Championship, Snedeker qualified for the inaugural PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup and finished 20th overall in the standings.

The Wyndham logo will also be featured prominently on Snedeker's golf bag and shirt collar during TOUR events.
