With his wire-to-wire victory at the Sony Open this weekend, K.J. Choi notched his seventh career win on the PGA TOUR. Choi performed better than the field in every key statistical category. Most notably, he led the field in scrambling -- getting up and down for par in 15 of 18 attempts when he missed the green in regulation. He was also one of 28 players in the field who averaged more than 300 yards in average driving distance. No player was able to get within two strokes of his lead throughout the tournament, and Choi birdied the 72nd hole to seal his victory by three strokes over Rory Sabbatini.
