Colt Knost and Jarrod Lyle will each be looking for their third win of the season and an automatic promotion to the PGA TOUR when they tee it up this week at the Xerox Classic. Last year, Nick Flanagan became the eighth player to earn a three-win promotion to the TOUR when he won the Xerox Classic.

• While the Irondequoit CC is the shortest course (6,720 yards) on the Nationwide Tour, it's no pushover. In fact, it was the fifth hardest course on Tour in 2007, playing to a stroke average of 71.65 (+1.65). Four holes, numbers 13, 7, 4 and 8, were among the 50 hardest holes on Tour last year.

• When Scott Piercy won last week's Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open he did so with some brilliant scoring. He opened with scores of 64-62 -- 126 to tie the second best mark in Tour history and his three round total of 191 is the second best in history.

• The longest driver on Tour is rookie Won Joon Lee who averages 314.1 yards per tee shot. Bubba Watson currently leads the PGA TOUR in that category with exactly the same average.
