MORE TOP 100 PLAYERS: BACK to Player No. 82 | Top 100 archive

Angel Cabrera will be one of those players chasing two pots of gold in 2009 - the PGA TOUR's FedExCup and the Race to Dubai on the European Tour. The Argentine already splits time between the two - playing 17 events on TOUR and 15 that count toward his European Tour membership. The 2007 U.S. Open champion will need to step up his game, though, to contend on either side of the Atlantic. Cabrera reached the quarterfinals of the World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play Championship for his only top-10 on either tour last year. He did play well down the stretch, though, tying for 20th at the PGA and not finishing lower than 20th in the first three events in the Playoffs. -- Helen Ross

Who cares what Angel does now? He won the U.S. Open over Tiger. Everything else is just gravy at this point.
