Rock Solid Performance: Palmer in Palm Coast

Ryan Palmer began this week at 143rd on the 2008 PGA TOUR money list, outside the top 125 -- who earn a full exemption for 2009 -- and fighting to stay within the top 150, who earn partial exemptions. Palmer walked away from the Ginn sur Mer Classic yesterday with a victory, $828,000 in winnings and an automatic two-year exemption on TOUR.

This was Palmer's second career win, coming almost exactly four years after his victory in 2004 at the Children's Miracle Network Classic presented by Wal-Mart.
