Rock Solid Performance: Turnesa at Las Vegas

Marc Turnesa joined Andres Romero, Chez Reavie and Dustin Johnson as the fourth rookie to win on the PGA TOUR in 2008. Turnesa started the week at 138th on the official money list, just outside of the top 125 players who earn their card for the 2009 season. The victory renders the money list irrelevant, however, as it carries with it an automatic two-year exemption -- so Turnesa is guaranteed playing privileges at least through 2010.
