Zach Johnson, Tim Herron, Kirk Triplett
Tee time:
10:38 a.m.
Tee: No. 10
Total TOUR wins: 11
Why you should watch: Johnson got his fourth TOUR title last week at the Valero Texas Open. Could this be another Vijay Singh- or Camilo Villegas-type hot streak? Johnson's confidence has to be sky high and his mind has to be at ease. Herron also played exceedingly well last week, tying for eighth and moving up to 53rd on the money list. Triplett, meanwhile, could use some good fortune. He withdrew from Turning Stone a few weeks ago after a first-round 80.

2008 Stat Comparison
Player Events Played Cuts Made 1st 2nd 3rd Top 10 Top 25 Scoring Avg.
Johnson 22 17 1 0 0 2 6 71.20

George McNeill, Paul Goydos, Jerry Kelly
Tee time:
10:38 a.m.
Tee: No. 1
Total TOUR wins: 5
Why you should watch: McNeill is the defending champion of this event and also has two top-25 finishes in his last six starts, including a tie for 22nd in his most recent start a couple of weeks back at Turning Stone. Goydos had a solid run last week in Texas, tying for 19th behind Zach Johnson. Kelly could use some good fortune. He has missed two of his last three cuts dating back to the Deutsche Bank Championship during the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup.

2008 Stat Comparison
Player Events Played Cuts Made 1st 2nd 3rd Top 10 Top 25 Scoring Avg.
McNeill 25 16 0 1 0 2 6 71.33
Goydos 23 13 0 1 0 2 4 71.88
Kelly 28 13 0 2 1 4 8 71.49

Frank Lickliter II, Paul Azinger, Jeff Quinney
Tee time:
2:39 p.m.
Tee: No. 10
Total TOUR wins: 14
Why you should watch: The U.S. Ryder Cup captain is making his first start since the PGA Championship and only his second since he missed the cut at the Memorial Tournament presented by Morgan Stanley. Azinger, the 1987 Vegas champion, has made two of eight cuts in 2008. Lickliter has made cuts, but he hasn't finished better than 50th since July. Quinney really needs good fortune. He has four missed cuts and a DQ in his past five starts.

2008 Stat Comparison
Player Events Played Cuts Made 1st 2nd 3rd Top 10 Top 25 Scoring Avg.
Lickliter 28 18 0 0 0 0 3 71.27
Azinger 8 2 0 0 0 0 0 73.53
Quinney 26 15 0 1 1 3 6 71.58
