Positive movers

Peter Lonard. The Aussie made a big move in the second round to make the cut. After opening with a disappointing 6-over 78, Lonard bounced back with a 5-under 67 to get back to 1 over for the tournament.

John Merrick. What a difference a day makes. After a 6-over 78 in the first round, Merrick was 10 shots better in round two with a 4-under 68 to make the cut at 2 over.

Jimmy Walker. His turnaround was even better than Merrick's, believe it or not. Walker opened with an 8-over 80 in brutal, blustery conditions only to bounce back with a 4-under 68 to make the cut.

Tim Petrovic. He shot a 1-over 73 on Thursday, but struggled on Friday with a 4-over 76 to miss the cut by one shot.

John Rollins. He had a 2-over 74 in the first round on Thursday, but had a difficult time on Friday, which led to a 4-over 78 to finish two shots outside of the cut.

Notable missed cuts

Chris DiMarco. The Florida Gator missed the cut by one shot after rounds of 76-73.

Tim Herron. Like DiMarco, Herron was one shot off the mark. His rounds of 76-73 weren't enough to get it done.

Brad Faxon. Making his first start in over 13 months due to recovery time for injuries, Faxon shot rounds of 76-78 for a two-round total of 10-over total.
