Kenny Perry, Garrett Willis, Kirk Triplett
Tee time: 12:28 p.m.
Tee: No. 1
Total TOUR wins: 15
Why you should watch: As you may have heard, Kenny Perry maintained his hot streak in the first round, but another forty-something player is also authoring a good story. Kirk Triplett shot a bogey-free 67 in his return from injury to the PGA TOUR, and he has some ground to make up if he wants to qualify for the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup.

Ken Duke, Frank Lickliter II, Carlos Franco
Tee time: 12:09 p.m.
Tee: No. 1
Total TOUR wins: 6
Why you should watch: We haven't talked much about Duke this year because he's 99th in points, but the 2006 Nationwide Tour Player of the Year has been on a roll lately. Duke's 64 in the first round was his lowest of the year, and he was tied for fourth at the Buick Open two weeks ago. Lickliter opened with a solid 67, but he must find consistency this week. Lickliter has opened with a sub-70 round six times this year, but he has managed to follow it up with another sub-70 round only one time (FBR Open). At 121st in points, he needs a big week to assure himself a spot in the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup.

Will MacKenzie, J.B. Holmes, Dean Wilson
Tee time:
7:28 p.m.
Tee: No. 10
Total TOUR wins: 4
Why you should watch: Like Triplett, MacKenzie is making a recent return to the PGA TOUR from injury. MacKenzie is making just his third start since April, but he shot 65 in Round 1 for his lowest score of the year. At 214th in points, this is a golden opportunity to secure a playoff spot. Wilson, 69th in points, shot 69 on Thursday despite four bogeys at TPC Deere Run. He is coming off his best finish of the year, a tie for third at the AT&T National.
