So what does a multi-millionaire golfer who can't compete because he's rehabbing from reconstructive knee surgery do during his spare time? Well, the obvious answer is ... anything he wants.
But we're here to offer Tiger Woods something a little more specific. Here are a few of our suggestions to keep the world's top-ranked golfer fill out his calendar for the remainder of this year.

Play a perfect round of golf on Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 09
The latest version of your popular video game will be available today, and what better way to celebrate than making birdie on every par 3 and par 4, and eagle on every par 5 on the course of your choosing? Forget shooting a 59. What about shooting a 50? And the best thing about all this, Tiger? You can swing as hard as you want ... and your knee will never hurt! |

Enter your yacht in a race around the world
Since there's no PGA TOUR event this weekend, you could pull yourself away from the TV to make arrangements to have your 155-foot motor yacht, Privacy, entered in this fall's Volvo Ocean Race. The competition starts Oct. 4 in Alicante, Spain, and finishes in late June in St. Petersburg, Russia. We didn't think you'd be interested in being the skipper -- hey, you've got that Stanford game to attend (see below) and the TOUR to return to next year -- but you might enjoy the competition from a management standpoint. And even if Privacy doesn't win, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing your boat was twice as big as any of the others in the race. |

Attend the Arizona-Stanford football game
As a former Stanford student, Tiger, it would be appropriate for you to go back to Palo Alto, Calif., for homecoming. This year, the Cardinal will host Arizona, and second-year Stanford coach Jim Harbaugh could use your support as he seeks to improve on a 4-8 season in his debut. While attending a few pre-game tailgating parties, perhaps you'll run into other ex-Stanford students such as Tom Watson and Michelle Wie. |

Take your daughter to Disneyworld
Your Isleworth home isn't far from Disneyworld. Why don't you enjoy a fun-filled outing with Sam Alexis at the Magic Kingdom? Sure, she's not old enough to ride, say, Space Mountain. But she might enjoy It's A Small World and Cinderella's Golden Carousel. And at the end of the day, you can lift her on your shoulders as you both watch the festivities surrounding Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. And since it's Halloween, you can wear a mask so nobody will recognize you (a Superman costume would be most appropriate, don't you think?). |

Spend a Saturday watching Flip This House
If you haven't seen this A&E show, the premise is simple -- it takes an "eyesore" of a house and transforms it into a "profit-making beauty." With the way the housing market is, are you really sure you want to keep that $38 million estate you bought on Jupiter Island, Fla., a couple of years ago? Wouldn't you rather flip it and make a huge profit by selling it to, say, Donald Trump? (After all, he doesn't own enough land in Florida.). Our suggestion -- hand over the front-door keys to the husband-wife team of Armando and Veronica Montelongo and let them make you a fortune. Hey, you could use the extra cash, right? |

Change your hairstyle
The holiday season seems like a perfect time for a makeover, doesn't it? And we already know you're willing to experiment with your hairstyle (let's see, there was the semi-bleached look, as well as the full-on blond look). We're not sure what you'd look like as a redhead, but we'll support your decision if you're want to color your hair red, grow a long beard and look like ZZ Top's long-lost cousin. And that would actually fit right in with our next suggestion ... |

Tiger Jam: Guitar Hero Edition
Last April's Tiger Jam XI in Las Vegas, which featured Van Halen, raised more than $1.5 million for the Tiger Woods Foundation. Previous Tiger Jams have featured the likes of Bon Jovi, Sting and Prince. Since you've got the time, why not double the fun now and hold two within the next year? This date works because it's the night before the Chevron World Challenge, your big holiday charity event. Of course, because of time constraints, getting A-listers like those acts above may be impossible. But what about giving all those rock star wannabees currently performing nightly in front of their Xboxs and PlayStations a chance to perform on a Vegas stage? Not only would it be for a good charity, but you might be able to sell a few more Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 09 video games. |
