Major championship-caliber conditions contributed to the highest cut of the season at the Memorial Tournament on Friday. Adventures on the slick greens and detours into the deep rough sent scores soaring, and the cut was made at 6-over 150.

A total of 76 players are sticking around for more on the weekend as the scoring average soared to 75.856 from 73.733. The previous high cut on the PGA TOUR this year was 4 over at The Honda Classic and Mayakoba Golf Classic at Riviera Maya.
