Charles Howell III, Corey Pavin, David Toms
Tee time:
7:20 a.m.
Tee: No. 10
Total TOUR wins: 29
Why you should watch: You have to figure that one of these guys is going to break out of their funk soon. Remember back when Howell was leading the FedExCup points early last season? That seems a lifetime away now, as Howell hasn't had a top-10 finish this year. However, he has had two top-25 finishes in his last three starts. Pavin hasn't had a top-15 since the PODS Championship in March and Toms hasn't had a top-10 finish all season. Nearly 30 TOUR titles between the three of them, so they know how to win.

2008 Stat comparison
Player Events Played Cuts Made 1st 2nd 3rd Top 10 Top 25 Scoring Avg.
Howell III 14 11 -- -- -- 1 6 71.16
Pavin 8 5 -- -- 1 1 3 70.13
Toms 9 6 -- -- -- -- 3 71.60

John Rollins, Retief Goosen, David Duval
Tee time:
12:30 p.m.
Tee: No. 1
Total TOUR wins: 21
Why you should watch: Goosen has made five cuts in a row with three top-20 finishes. Remember, he finished second in the World Golf Championships-CA Championship in March. Rollins is looking for something good to happen after missing the cut at THE PLAYERS last week, but he did have a top-15 at the Verizon Heritage last month. The law of averages has to say that Duval is more than due. However, he's had one under-par round in eight appearances this season.

2008 Stat comparison
Player Events Played Cuts Made 1st 2nd 3rd Top 10 Top 25 Scoring Avg.
Rollins 12 7 -- -- -- -- 3 71.41
Goosen 9 7 -- 1 -- 1 3 70.77
Duval 8 -- -- -- -- -- -- 74.90

Zach Johnson, Paul Goydos, Heath Slocum
Tee time:
12:40 p.m.
Tee: No. 1
Total TOUR wins: 7
Why you should watch: Johnson has three TOUR wins -- all in the state of Georgia, including last year's AT&T Classic. Goydos is coming off his playoff loss to Sergio Garcia last Sunday at THE PLAYERS, so it'll be interesting to see how he comes back from that. Slocum, meanwhile is a good news/bad news situation. He hasn't missed a cut since February but he has just one top-25 in that time, a tie for fifth at the Wachovia Championship.

2008 Stat comparison
Player Events Played Cuts Made 1st 2nd 3rd Top 10 Top 25 Scoring Avg.
Johnson 12 10 -- -- -- 1 4 71.03
Goydos 13 8 -- 1 -- 1 2 71.64
Slocum 12 10 -- -- -- 2 2 71.12
