With his victory on Sunday, Trevor Immelman notched his first major championship and second win on the PGA TOUR. From a statistical perspective, Immelman excelled in every key category. Of particular note is that he played the par-4 holes 10 under-par. Over the past 25 years, no player has played the par-4 holes better. The previous best had been Tiger Woods in 2001 at eight under-par.
